KAPSARC is offering a fully funded Graduate Development Program in Saudi Arabia for a period of one year. The program is designed to help recent graduates develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their professional careers. Participants will gain hands-on experience in one of the two specialized tracks: Consulting and Enabling. Throughout the duration of the program, students will receive a monthly salary, along with personal and professional development opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be available full-time for the 1-year program
- Provide English proficiency: IELTS: 6.5\ TOEFL iBT: 79+
- Equivalency certificate is required if your degree is from outside Saudi Arabia
