There are a number of requirements for applying for scholarships to study in South Korea through fully funded scholarships:

Students of any nationality from any part of the world are eligible to apply.
To apply for a Master's degree scholarship, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree.
To apply for a Doctoral degree scholarship, you must have a Master's degree.
English proficiency (minimum):
- IELTS: 6.5
- TOEFL (PBT): 550
- TOEFL (iBT): 80
- TOEIC: 750
- New TEPS: 327

Required documents for applying for the Korea Scholarship

The following documents are required for applying for the Korea Scholarship:

Online application form.
Official transcript and a copy of the original. (For all graduate and undergraduate programs/ Only certified documents will be accepted).
Motivation letter.
Two recommendation letters, signed and sealed.
Copy of passport.
Official English proficiency test report. (The date must not be expired).
Letter of waiver of registration fees, written and signed by your department head.
Conditional acceptance: English proficiency certificate issued by the home university. This document is accepted in case of a problem with the official language certificate, but within 6 months, the official documents must be submitted.
