TheAspire Leaders Program 2025is now open for applications! This is a fully funded,free online leadership programdesigned for talented university students and recent graduates from around the world—especially those from low-income or first-generation university backgrounds.
This 9-week program, delivered completely online fromAugust 6 to October 7, 2025, offers young leaders an incredible opportunity to grow personally and professionally without the need to travel or pay any fees.
What is the Aspire Leaders Program?
The Aspire Leaders Program is an initiative of theAspire Institute, co-designed by faculty fromHarvard Business School. The program aims to empower emerging leaders by providing access to world-class learning experiences, mentorship, and a global peer network. Participants will gain essential skills in leadership, communication, technology, and innovation.

Program Structure
The program is divided into multiple modules:

Module 2: Aspire Horizons Course
Taught byHarvard faculty, this module focuses on leadership principles, digital transformation, and the impact ofartificial intelligenceon society.
Participants identify their unique leadership styles and learn to tackle community challenges with innovative solutions.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Aspire Leaders Program 2025, applicants must:
- Be between18 and 29 years old.
- Come from alow-income backgroundorbefirst-generation university students(i.e., neither parent has earned a bachelor’s degree).
- Becurrently enrolledin an undergraduate programorhaverecently graduated.
- Not be currently enrolled in or graduated from apostgraduate program.

- High school diploma or undergraduate transcript.
- A valid form of identification (e.g., national ID or passport).
- Any additional documents relevant to academic or leadership achievements.
