In a world where conflicts are increasingly complex and multilateral mechanisms are weakening, Yale University —through the International Leadership Center (ILC)— offers the Peace Fellowship program. This initiative aims to empower emerging leaders in the fields of conflict prevention, peacebuilding, and post-conflict reconciliation. The program focuses on equipping frontline peacebuilders with tools for strategic thinking, learning, and effective networking.
Each year, 16 fellows are selected from diverse professional backgrounds including civil society, diplomacy, politics, religion, and social entrepreneurship. These individuals are recognized for their impactful work and ongoing commitment to realizing their potential as peace leaders.
