The program provides a highly practical and immersive learning experience, where participants interact with top leaders in the fashion retail sector, learn about modern management methods, understand the challenges faced by global companies, and explore how strategic decisions are made within multicultural work environments.

Program Details

Program Schedule

From July 26, 2026 to July 31, 2026
The program runs for six days, from July 26 to July 31, 2026, and requires participants to set aside one day before and one day after the program for travel.

Location

The program will be held at the Ariake Office in Tokyo, which serves as the global headquarters of Fast Retailing.

Funding Provided

The program covers:

Round-trip airfare to Japan
Hotel accommodation throughout the duration of the program
Insurance for the entire program period
Visa support

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to undergraduate students from all countries, provided they meet the following:

Fluency in English
A strong aspiration to become global business leaders
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
Ability to attend the full six-day program in Tokyo
