Eligibility Criteria of the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2025:
- People between the ages of 18 to 26 can apply.
- Able to demonstrate commitment to the community.
- Able to complete the community needs assessment and identify the community projects in the areas of education, health, or economic security;
- Fluent in English (oral or written).
- Have easy access to the internet for communication with the Global team and the program’s alumni and mentor for the whole tenure of the program.

Note:
MCW requires all accepted participants to pay a $100 deposit fee by February 12, 2025. The deposit will be refunded to the participant in full after arriving in the USA.
How the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship Program will Start?
- 1 Month Virtual Assessment: The program will start with intensive community mapping and needs assessment. Young leaders will be provided with tools and knowledge to asses their community.
- In-Person in the USA (10 days): Young Leaders will travel to the United States in July 2025 for 10 days. Participants will come to the fellowship with an issue in the community they want to address.
- Virtual Project Implementation: After coming back from the United States participants will implement those ideas and execute them in their communities.
How to Apply for the MCW Young Leaders Fellowship 2025:
