Who can apply?
All programs at One League are master's-level courses. We require all fellows to have completed their undergraduate studies and have a minimum of one year of professional experience.
Additionally, we look for high academic performance and substantial and meaningful professional and personal accomplishments. Standardized exams such as the GMAT or GRE are not required.
Will the classes be online or in-person?
Business Management Fellowship Programs utilizes Case Study methods. All classes are held as live synchronous Zoom classes, and taught by One League’s highly distinguished faculty. Each faculty brings experience and expertise to each course of the fellowship.
There is no required in-person component to the programs. The programs can be successfully completed remotely, however attendance in the live zoom classes is mandatory.
How much time should I be committing to the program?
We recommend setting aside 20+ hours each week to complete the academic program, including 5+ hours for live classes. We also recommend dedicating 30-60 minutes each month to participate in the One League Mentorship Program and work synchronously with your Global Mentor.
Aside from the academic courses, you are also invited to join events with inspiring guest speakers, renowned industry leaders, and experts to expand your network and knowledge. Finally, there are many opportunities to exercise community leadership and lead or participate in student committee activities that we recommend allocating additional time to.
