Oxford University Scholarship 2024-2025 Details

Degree: Full-time Master's and Doctorate

Duration: Two years for a Master's and three years for a Doctorate

Funding: Fully funded

Fields of Study: All full-time disciplines at the University of Oxford

Eligible Countries: Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Djibouti, Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Tunisia, Yemen, and all other countries worldwide.

Academic Degrees Available for Study at the University of Oxford

  • Higher Bachelor's Degree (Second BA): Available for those already holding a Bachelor's degree. The duration of this degree is two years.
  • One-Year Master's Degree: Includes MSc, MSt, BCL, MPP, followed by a second one-year Master's degree.
  • Two-Year Master's Degree: Includes MPhil, BPhil through coursework, and a two-year research Master's.
  • Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil): Duration is 3-4 years. Students in medical sciences, mathematics, physical sciences, and life sciences can apply directly to the DPhil without needing a Master's degree. For other fields like social sciences and humanities, a Master's degree is required to apply for the DPhil.

Students who have completed a one-year Master's through coursework can apply for a DPhil in the second year.

For professional degrees like Master of Financial Economics (MFE) or Master of Business Administration (MBA), applications can be made in the second year of the scholarship.

What Funding Does This Program Offer?

The Rhodes Program covers tuition fees and registration fees at the University of Oxford. Additionally, it provides a monthly stipend to cover personal expenses and accommodation.

  • Annual stipend: €19,092 or €1,591 per month

Note: This funding is sufficient for one person only.

Doctoral students are encouraged to seek additional support to cover the fourth year, as the program may not cover it.

  1. Age and Education:
    • Must not be older than 27 years by October 2024.
    • Must have obtained a Bachelor's degree by or after October 2023.
  2. Academic Qualifications:
    • Must have achieved First Class Honours or an equivalent degree.
