Leadership Skills (Overview)

An online and in-Sweden training opportunity for those seeking a chance to travel abroad, acquire leadership skills, and build a network of relationships. This program, offered by the Swedish Institute, provides online workshops along with fully funded travel to Sweden. Targeted towards young leaders in society working towards sustainable development, the training will help improve leadership skills, among other competencies, and foster knowledge sharing among peers. Participants in this program are characterized by their ability to grow rapidly, possessing creative minds, and being innovative in their communities, while also being open to new technological solutions. The network of relationships in this program comprises peers from various disciplines in civil society, with the primary aim being to strengthen leadership skills for those working towards sustainable development.

Details of the Leadership Skills Course from the Swedish Institute:

• Part one consists of online training, comprising approximately 15 lectures totaling 80 hours, to be spread over three months. Participants will be organized into groups and assignments will also be given.
• Part two involves fully funded travel to Sweden for 8 days
