The fully-funded Singapore Scholarship for PhD studies in the best specializations is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (ASTAR), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and Singapore Management University (SMU). The PhD training will be conducted in English at one of the selected laboratories affiliated with ASTAR, NTU, NUS, SUTD, or SMU. Students will be supervised by distinguished and internationally renowned researchers in these labs. Upon successful completion, a PhD degree will be awarded by one of the aforementioned institutions.
