Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Citizenship:

    • Must be a non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport.
  2. Health:

    • Physically and mentally healthy.
  3. Academic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s: High school diploma.
    • Master’s: Bachelor’s degree.
    • Doctoral: Master’s degree.
  4. Age Limits:

    • Bachelor’s: Under 30 years old.
    • Master’s: Under 35 years old.
    • Doctoral:
      • Level A: Under 35 years old.
      • Level B: Under 45 years old.
  5. Language Proficiency:

    • Chinese Language Proficiency:

      • Bachelor’s: HSK Level 5 or higher.
      • Master’s/Doctoral: HSK Level 4 or higher.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS or TOEFL scores.
  • Must not hold any other scholarships in China.
  • Must comply with USTC regulations and avoid external employment during the fellowship period.
