Launched in collaboration between theDubai Future Foundation (DFF)and theHussain Sajwani – DAMAC Foundation, theDubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanityprogram is a strategic initiative designed to tackle some of the world’s most urgent challenges by inviting innovators, academics, and entrepreneurs to deliver tangible and scalable solutions.
The program is overseen byHer Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and follows the vision ofHis Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoumto position Dubai as a global hub for innovation.

Application Requirements
Applicants must submit:
- Online Application Form: Including personal and academic details.
- Detailed Project PDF: Explaining the research, methodology, process, and outcomes.
- Supporting Digital Media:
- High-resolution imagesof the prototype/model.
- Clear, labeled diagramsillustrating your process or technology.
- Optional videoshowing the project in action (via YouTube or Vimeo).
Note:The application should highlight the core research, innovation process, and anticipated impact.
Selection Process
- All applications will be reviewed.
- 100 projectswill be selected to participate in thePrototypes for Humanityexhibition inDubai, November 2025.
- Selected candidates will receive anofficial invitationand support for travel and accommodation.
Preparing for the Exhibition
- Each selected project will have adedicated booth, designed by the organizing team.
- Participants are highly encouraged to bring theirlatest and most advanced prototype or demo, as long as it complies with health and safety regulations.
- The program team will support with guidance on transporting prototypes safely and setting them up at the exhibition.
Awards & Post-Exhibition Support
- The event concludes with anAwards Ceremony, where the most impactful and innovative projects share a$100,000 prize.
- Selected participants gain access to:
- Direct funding.
- Industry partnerships.
- Tailored mentorshipto help transform their project into a viable startup.
