Eligibility Criteria for Fully Funded PhD Scholarships:
- Previous experience in machine learning, statistics, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- A record of publications in a relevant field.
- Hold a Master's degree in computer science, statistics, computer engineering, mathematics, or a related field (If you do not have the degree, you must obtain it before the commencement of the PhD program).
- Proficiency in the English language. (Submission of a language certificate is not mandatory, but if accepted, you must provide the required proof requested by the university you will be studying at).

- Motivation letter, maximum of two pages, specifying the research area and the supervisor you wish to work with.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- List of publications (related research only).
- Transcript of grades for both Master's and Bachelor's degrees (if you have not yet obtained a Master's degree, a completion plan must be provided).
