Program Overview:
The Future Leaders Program is an 18-month internship that offers a unique chance to gain broad experience in our business.
This program is designed to develop your leadership skills and business knowledge through:
- Rotational Assignments: Participants will go through three six-month rotations, exploring different parts of our business or working in various offices.
- Project Leadership: By the end of the internship, you will lead your first project, applying what you've learned in a real-world situation.
- Mentorship: Get personalized guidance from our experienced consultants and senior consultants, offering insights into successful career paths.
- Accelerated Learning Path: Engage with a selected range of learning materials to speed up your professional growth.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with other consultants and participants, building valuable relationships and expanding your professional network.

Ideal Candidate: What You'll Bring
- Recent university graduates with strong academic records.
- A mix of global perspectives, analytical skills, and a passion for innovation, eager to fast-track their careers through our internship program.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Design Thinking, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
- Knowledge of other languages (Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, or French) is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong interest in business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
- Participation in extracurricular activities such as innovation competitions, entrepreneurial projects, leadership roles in university clubs or societies, and attendance at relevant conferences and workshops.
- Experiences abroad and volunteering are highly valued.
- Ability to sign an internship contract.
- Authorization to work in the applicable country/countries.
