Eligibility Criteria
· Hold a university degree of at least 3 years by the application deadline
· Possess a good level of English (minimum B2 according to CEFR)
· Never been an EFSA trainee or received any remuneration from EFSA
· Meet the character requirements for the position (e.g. no criminal record)
· Selection criteria: a) Experience and Knowledge:
· Knowledge of or experience in an area related to EFSA’s activities
· b) Competencies:
· Ability to work confidently in a group and contribute to achieving common goals
· Understanding of own role and how it supports the team and the organization
· Ability to cooperate, actively listen, manage conflicts, and motivate colleagues
· Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and measure results
· Effective project management skills to manage time, resources, and information
· Strategic thinking ability to look beyond the current situation and visualize the future
· Creative and innovative thinking ability
· Effective communication skills in English
