Shell Graduate Program is a global program designed to develop future leaders for Shell. The program is open to candidates who have recently graduated from university or are in the final year of their studies. The program typically lasts between two and three years and consists of on-the-job training, formal learning and development opportunities, and networking events. Graduates are assigned a mentor who provides guidance and support throughout the program.
