Summer Internships at ITIDA 2024

Summer Internship Support is part of ITIDA’s University Student Projects (USPs). It is available to currently enrolled university students seeking summer internships in ICT companies operating in Egypt during their summer vacation.

Objectives

• Providing Internship Opportunities: Offer internships for students currently enrolled in the first, second, or third academic years during the summer vacation.
• Supporting ICT Companies: Assist ICT companies in finding suitable candidates for their internship programs.

Benefits

• Support for ICT Sector: ITIDA beneficiaries include local ICT enterprises, universities, and research centers.
• Student Financial Support: The ITIDA Summer Internship Program provides students with a salary of EGP 500 per month for a maximum internship duration of two months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students: Must be currently enrolled in faculties of engineering and computer science and have completed their first, second, or third academic year.
• ICT Companies: Must be registered in the ITIDA database before the launch of the internship program.
• Multinational Companies: Must be operating in the ICT industry in Egypt.

Process

For Students:

1. Fill in the Student Form in the Apply section below.
2. Upload your resumes.

For ICT Companies:

1. Fill in the Company Form in the Apply section below.
2. Local ICT companies must register in the ITIDA database before applying if not already registered.

Steps:

1. After evaluating internship programs, accepted companies will be contacted via [email protected] to select students and initiate the training.
2. Upon completion of the training period, ITIDA will contact the companies to inform students of the compensation date.
