Overview
You’ll work at our Helsinki office for about 6 to 8 weeks. As part of the McKinsey Digital team, you’ll help clients use digital technology to improve their businesses. You’ll work with a global team on different types of projects, and you’ll get to work with people from all over McKinsey & Company. Our office culture is laid-back, enjoyable, and focused on learning and innovation. We encourage trying new things and helping each other grow.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Excellent academic record
- Keen interest in technology and digital
- Strong aptitude for analytics
- Demonstrated leadership skills in work or extracurricular activities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills that are analytical and quantitative in nature
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Responsibilities
- Work in a team of 3-5 consultants
- Play an active role in all aspects of the client engagement
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations
- Present results to client management and collaborate with client team members
- Receive exceptional training, coaching, and mentoring from colleagues on your team
- Have a partner from your local office or practice assigned to help guide your career
- Receive formal training in your first few weeks as an intern
- Receive guidance and support in the selection of client projects
- Gain priority in selecting and working on digital projects while still experiencing the full generalist experience
- Get the strongest possible support for building your professional path in digital, if you choose to pursue this focus
- Have the opportunity to receive a full-time return offer after a successful internship.
