About the Program

The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS) is organizing the 13th edition of the Atlantic Dialogues Conference. This high-level event convenes influential leaders from the public and private sectors across the Atlantic Basin for open, informal discussions on cross-regional issues.

Believing in the crucial importance of engaging young leaders in policy-making and shaping narratives, PCNS encourages intergenerational dialogue during the conference and beyond. This is facilitated through the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) program.

What is the ADEL Program?

ADEL is PCNS’s flagship young professionals program, held three days prior to the Atlantic Dialogues conference. Each year, it brings together 30 to 50 young leaders from around the Atlantic basin. These rising leaders demonstrate leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to addressing social and economic issues in their communities and globally. In 2024, 40 young professionals will be selected for the program.
