Nationalities: Egyptians, Algerians, Iraqis, Bahrainis, Jordanians, Kuwaitis, Lebanese, Libyans, Omanis, Palestinians, Qataris, Saudis, Sudanese, Syrians, Tunisians, Emiratis, Yemenis, all nationalities.

Conditions for Summer Programs at CERN

To be eligible for the summer programs at CERN, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be a bachelor's or master's student with a strong programming background.
  2. Have completed at least 6 academic semesters, equivalent to 3 years of university education, by the start of the training.
  3. Doctoral students are not eligible to apply.
  4. Be registered at a university during the CERN training period.
  5. Have not previously worked at CERN.
  6. Proficiency in the English language.
  7. Applications are open to individuals of all nationalities.
 

Documents Required for Applying to CERN Training:

  1. Resume/CV: Provide a detailed resume or curriculum vitae outlining your educational background, skills, and relevant experience.
  2. Transcript of Grades: Include an official document showing your academic performance and grades. This may be a transcript or an equivalent document.
  3. Letter of Recommendation: Submit a letter of recommendation attesting to your qualifications and suitability for the CERN training. This letter should ideally come from a professor, academic advisor, or a professional reference familiar with your work and capabilities.
