Digital Egypt Youth| Egypt Makes Electronics Initiative 2025 is a comprehensive scholarship program lasting four months, aimed at qualifying 2,500 young men and women who are recent graduates from Egyptian universities across the country. The initiative provides training in various digital fields, with a focus on electronics and embedded systems, aligning with the presidential initiative “Egypt Manufactures Electronics.” The goal is to enhance youth employment and entrepreneurship opportunities while bridging the gap between young people’s skills and market and company needs.

The initiative adopts a methodology for developing both technical and personal skills, covering a range of digital skills to meet diverse interests and career paths. The program aims to facilitate the employment of trained participants through partnerships with industry stakeholders and create connections between trained individuals and potential employers through a month of job training at industry partner locations. This helps connect young talent with job opportunities in the digital sector. NTI has collaborated with over 60 national and multinational industry partners, including, but not limited to, Amazon, Telecom Egypt, Vodafone, Huawei, WE, Cisco, VMware, Orange, Valley, Avelabs, SEITech, and Brightsky, to design more than 25 career paths that meet job profiles and the needs of the information and communications technology market.

At the end of the program, participants receive certificates that enhance their skills and competencies. These certificates improve their employment prospects and serve as credentials for future job opportunities. The training paths in the initiative include electronics and embedded systems, network infrastructure and enabling factors, cybersecurity, DevOps engineering, and communications engineering
