The Flagship Fellowship is a 16-week program for entrepreneurs who want to make a positive impact. It helps them improve their businesses by connecting them with a worldwide network, teaching them useful skills, and pairing them with experienced mentors. The program starts with a hands-on experience in Boulder, Colorado in August 2024. After that, the rest of the training is online. It includes top-notch teaching, dedicated mentors, and a supportive community of like-minded entrepreneurs to help participants grow their businesses and improve their lives.

You have a strong drive to succeed, a mindset focused on growth, and you're eager to become a better leader in your community.
  2. The best fit for this fellowship are ventures that are either at the stage where they have identified a problem and solution or where they have a product that fits well with the market. You should already have customers or people benefiting from your work, and you should be able to show both the impact you're making and some revenue.
  3. You're able to commit to the entire 16-week program, starting with the in-person Immersive in Boulder, Colorado on August 1st. We give preference to applicants who are fully committed to being actively involved in the entire program. The program's success depends on everyone being engaged and enthusiastic, ready to learn and share with others in the community.

What You Will Accomplish:

With the strong support from the Watson Institute team, you'll get a clear plan to help your work grow and make a bigger impact.
