Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must be non-Saudi and living outside Saudi Arabia
Must hold a recognized university degree
Must have an excellent academic record
Degree certificates and transcripts must be certified by the Saudi Embassy
Maximum age for Master’s applicants: 35 years
Maximum age for PhD applicants: 40 years
Must be medically fit and have good conduct
Must submit two recommendation letters from previous professors
Must not have been dismissed from any Saudi university
English language proficiency test (IELTS, TOEFL) is required unless applying for programs in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies
English test scores must be valid (within 2 years)
