Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be non-Saudi and living outside Saudi Arabia

• Must hold a recognized university degree

• Must have an excellent academic record

• Degree certificates and transcripts must be certified by the Saudi Embassy

• Maximum age for Master’s applicants: 35 years

• Maximum age for PhD applicants: 40 years

• Must be medically fit and have good conduct

• Must submit two recommendation letters from previous professors

• Must not have been dismissed from any Saudi university

• English language proficiency test (IELTS, TOEFL) is required unless applying for programs in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies

• English test scores must be valid (within 2 years)
