The McKinsey Forward Program (General Information)

The Mackenzie Program is a five-month online program aimed at helping young people acquire the necessary skills for their professional future. The Mackenzie Forward Program consists of three levels of learning, allowing participants to develop new ways of thinking, enhance their confidence, and learn how to achieve their goals. Learning Journey in the McKinsey Program

You will learn through various activities, online lectures, discussions, workshops, and assignments. All you need to do in the Forward Program is complete 8 weeks of learning at a rate of 2 hours per week and complete the advanced level to be part of the Mackenzie network. The advanced level consists of 11 weeks at a rate of 2 hours per week, and finally, participation in the 18-month Networking Level with optional activities.

Mackenzie Program Application Requirements

To apply for the Mackenzie Program, you must meet the following criteria:

Be a resident of one of the eligible countries, which are in the Middle East or Africa.
Be currently employed or self-employed.
Have less than 5 years of work experience, or have more than 5 years of experience but not in direct management roles.
Have at least a high school diploma.
Be proficient in the English language.
