  2. Planning to commence studies in the United States for the year 2023.
  3. Egyptian citizenship and residing in Egypt.
  4. Has not lived abroad for more than three years.
  5. Commits to returning to Egypt for at least two years after obtaining the degree.

A student who has previously obtained a master's degree from a foreign university, or has a master's degree from an Egyptian university in the same specialization they are applying for, will not have their application accepted. However, if the master's degree is in a different technical specialization from an Egyptian university, the application will be considered.
