Which countries are eligible to apply for the open call?
The Global Cultural Relations Programme (GCRP) is open to participants from all over the
world, so all nationalities are eligible to participate.
To ensure a fair geographical balance, we will select the participants so that the majority of
the participants will come from non-EU countries.
• In which language will the program be delivered?
The GCRP will be delivered in English. Translation into other languages is not foreseen at the
moment.
• Will the program take place online or in person?
GCRP 2024 will take place in person, in Marrakech, Morocco. Travel to and from Marrakech
as well as accommodation costs during the programme days will be covered by the CRP.
What costs will be paid for by the CRP?
The CRP will book and pay for travel to and from Marrakech, accommodation from 24 to 28
November 2024 and any expenses during the programme hours (such as catering).
If you choose to extend your stay in Marrakech, you will need to pay for all related expenses
for any additional days.
Will you provide financial support for visas to travel to Morocco?
Yes, we will cover the costs of visas and any related paperwork. However, we cannot be
liable to cover the costs of any international health insurance you may be required to
purchase as part of the visa application process.

• 25 – 28 November: four full days of peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and
discussions on interdisciplinary cross-cultural collaboration
