Eligibility Criteria for the Stanford Scholarship:

University Admission: To be eligible for the scholarship, you must first apply to study at Stanford University. There are several related conditions, of which only one needs to be met:
- Apply separately for full-time study at Stanford and for the scholarship simultaneously, ensuring you begin your studies and receive the scholarship in the same year.
- Already have an acceptance for full-time study at Stanford and apply for the scholarship to begin in the same year as your studies.
- Be a first-year PhD student at Stanford and apply for the scholarship to receive it in your second year.

How to Apply for the Stanford Scholarship

First, you should know that you will need to apply using two separate forms: one for academic study at Stanford University and another for the scholarship.

Apply for Graduate Studies at Stanford:

Apply for the Scholarship:
- After applying for the academic program, you can apply for the scholarship here using the electronic application form, which will be available starting June 1.

There is no application fee for the Knight-Hennessy Scholars (KHS) scholarship, but you must pay the application fee for Stanford University.
