A funded fellowship in Japan is open to applicants of all nationalities, lasting for 9 months to work on a program on Awaji Island. Through this fellowship, trainees will tackle challenges and enhance individual skills in a multicultural environment, operated under the umbrella of the Pasona Group, which advocates sustainability. Participants will have the opportunity to bring a unique global perspective to this Japanese community. The aim of this program is to empower youth and equip them with necessary skills for various fields such as management, finance, and marketing. This training offers several benefits including a monthly stipend and accommodation. During the fellowship, trainees will receive lectures from experts covering all topics relevant to the fellowship. Trainees will also be required to engage in various initiatives for assistance, development, and applying what they've learned during the fellowship.

This fellowship provides an opportunity for applicants to test their skills, step out of their comfort zone, and develop and discover new things. Participants will be fully funded to participate in this program. Japan is among the countries offering training programs such as research training and also provides fully funded scholarships.
