Information About the Sustainable Leadership Program in the USA

The Sustainable Leadership Program in the USA, known as the UPG Leadership Training Program, is one of the world’s leading leadership programs. Launched in 2019, the program has since trained 586 leaders worldwide, with 160 of them receiving a fully funded opportunity to travel to the United States.

This fully funded program aims to build capacity and provide community training that transforms ideas and goals into positive actions.

The UPG Leadership Movement enables participants to work together to build a better world, and it has succeeded thanks to the support of influential partners and various collaborations. Additionally, UPG’s young leaders become part of the "Community of Champions," giving them the opportunity to showcase their projects and ideas and exchange them with talented and inspiring individuals from around the world.

Financial Support the UPG Leadership Program in the USA 2024:

One week of fully-funded leadership experience in the USA Hurricane Island Center of Science and Leadership.

The program covers:

Training materials provided
Accommodation included

Round-trip international flights (from participant’s hometown to the U.S.)
60 Participants from among 500 participants will be selected for this fully-funded program in the USA.
The participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the program.

Eligibility Criteria

The age of the participant should be 18-35 years old.
Candidates must be motivated and creative thinkers.
Applicants of all nationalities are welcome to apply.
Both male and female participants can apply.
All applicants must have a strong command of the English language.

UPG Application Requirements

Submit a maximum 2-minute video of yourself answering the question in the application form or talking about yourself to prove your English proficiency.
