Young Experts Program

The WIPO Young Experts Program (YEP) aims to train and develop the next generation of global Intellectual Property (IP) leaders to help create innovation systems worldwide.

In this 2-year program, 10 talented young professionals will work directly on WIPO's projects. The program offers experience in both technical and strategic areas of IP, helping participants gain skills and knowledge that can boost economic growth in their countries and regions.

This is a unique career opportunity and a lifelong leadership program!

The YEP is not designed as a path to a job at WIPO but to develop IP leaders who can make a difference in various parts of the world. Therefore, participants in the YEP cannot apply for jobs at WIPO during the program and for two years after it ends.
