Youth Conference in the UAE (General Overview)

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is organizing the fifth Youth Conference in Abu Dhabi in April 2024. Each year, this conference brings together youth from all around the world to interact collectively. The conference offers full funding for 35 individuals in need of financial support, and you can apply for this assistance through the application form.

The objective of the Youth Conference

The goal is to gather decision-makers, influencers, and youth in one place to interact, find solutions, and accelerate the transition to renewable energy. The Youth Conference also aims to strengthen networking with government representatives and experts from IRENA. This conference will provide a platform for youth to contribute to achieving the organization's goals of promoting sustainable energy and accelerating change to meet climate objectives, working towards reducing the increase of carbon dioxide and methane in the atmosphere.
