Conditions
- Outstanding performance – You have an excellent degree in the field of business/economics (Master, PhD, MBA) with no more than three years of work experience.
- Global mindset with international experience preferred through internships or studying abroad.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is mandatory.
- Proven leadership potential demonstrated through social commitment or extracurricular activities.
- Outstanding personal skills such as entrepreneurial action, customer orientation, strong communication, intercultural skills, empathy, and team spirit are a must.
- Curiosity, flexibility, solution-focused mindset, and willingness to step out of the comfort zone and embrace change are desirable traits.
