Conditions

Outstanding performance – You have an excellent degree in the field of business/economics (Master, PhD, MBA) with no more than three years of work experience.
Global mindset with international experience preferred through internships or studying abroad.
Fluency in English and at least one other language is mandatory.
Proven leadership potential demonstrated through social commitment or extracurricular activities.
Outstanding personal skills such as entrepreneurial action, customer orientation, strong communication, intercultural skills, empathy, and team spirit are a must.
Curiosity, flexibility, solution-focused mindset, and willingness to step out of the comfort zone and embrace change are desirable traits.
