Assists the Service Quality team by generating high-level analyses on technical service trends, and contributing to various projects aimed at advancing the team’s efforts. This could involve conducting investigative analysis, developing reports, and crafting tools for stakeholders. Additionally, the Service Quality Intern is accountable for communicating the results of these analyses and presenting straightforward and visually appealing data to facilitate decision-making.
- Conduct large-scale analysis of technical data and EMEA-wide Service Center metrics independently to identify focus areas that support top-down Service Quality initiatives.
- Assist Regional Service Quality leads in their localized efforts, including specific countries or Service Centers.
- Develop tools to help address business problems identified by Service Quality Regional Leads or other collaborators. For instance, creating temporary Excel tools and then building a business case into Tableau.
- Communicate results and next steps clearly from completed analyses, identified trends, and created tools.
- Work with Global Service Quality team members to execute cross-regional projects collaboratively.

- Possess excellent technical analysis skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications, modeling, etc.

- Must be capable of collaborating with multiple teams and colleagues across various levels and locations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
