They want to use the best scientific knowledge and work with communities to make sure their plan is useful for different places. They have a program for students or recent graduates to get some practical work experience related to FAO’s work while they are studying or after they finish their degree.
The intern will work in different areas of the organization that match their skills and qualifications, as well as the needs of the organization.

Benefits
- FAO provides a monthly stipend to interns if they are not sponsored by sending universities or other entities.
Conditions
- To apply for the internship, you must be enrolled ( Graduate or under-graduate) in or have recently graduated from a recognized educational institution.
- FAO only accepts degrees from institutions listed in the World Higher Education Database.
- You should have studied a subject related to the work of FAO.
- You must be able to speak at least one of the FAO languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, or Spanish).
- Candidates who can speak a second FAO language will have an advantage.
- You must be a citizen of an FAO member country.
- You should be between the ages of 21 and 30.
- You should be comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment, and have good communication skills.
