This incredible opportunity is accessible to individuals throughout Africa, the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.
The Program Details
Interactive learning journey with McKinsey’s Forward program.
Learn through diverse formats: digital courses, discussion boards, virtual workshops with McKinsey experts, and a group assignment with real-time peer feedback.
Foundation level: Complete in 8 weeks, investing two hours per week.
Advanced level: Complete and earn a shareable McKinsey Forward digital badge in 12 weeks, dedicating two hours per week.
Network level: Participate in ongoing optional activities for 18 months.
Acquire skills and tools that can be immediately applied, including
Transforming complex business challenges into opportunities through structured and creative thinking.
Communicating effectively to inspire action and engage your audience.
Applying agile methodologies to work efficiently and identifying opportunities to leverage data and technology.
Cultivating adaptability, resilience, and emotional awareness to thrive both individually and in collaborative team environments, particularly during periods of change.
To be eligible for Forward, you must meet the following criteria:
Reside in the Middle East region (currently Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen) or Pakistan, or any country in Africa continent
Currently employed, self-employed, or in a transitional job phase.
Have no more than five years of formal work experience.
Have completed post-secondary education, such as a diploma, associate degree, or undergraduate degree.
Possess a good command of the English language since the program will be conducted in English.
