Overview
IAESTE is a non-political and non-profit student exchange organization, known as the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience. Its objective is to offer paid and course-relevant training abroad to technical degree students and provide employers with exceptional and motivated international trainees. It operates in over 80 countries with more than 4,000 traineeships exchanged annually, making it the world’s largest organization of its kind. Participating in IAESTE’s work experience program abroad can improve students’ chances of securing employment.
As the job market becomes more competitive, acquiring relevant work experience before graduation has become a necessity. IAESTE offers more than just traineeship experience; it also provides the valuable opportunity to work abroad.
