The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Unit of Information Technology and Management (ITM) in Copenhagen has the vital role of providing ICT and Green Energy solutions to UNDP Country Offices worldwide. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in gathering data and information related to green energy solutions in Country Offices.
2. Collaborate in the development of business cases for renewable energy solutions, primarily focusing on hybrid solar PV systems, energy efficiency, and e-mobility.
3. Provide support in offering guidance and remote technical assistance on energy efficiency solutions to Country Offices.
4. Assist in the installation of IoT (Internet of Things) energy sensors for designated projects across the organization.
5. Support the team in procuring equipment for green energy solutions, including conducting market research, preparing solicitation documents, and evaluating technical proposals from bidders.
6. Engage in daily monitoring and operations (O&M) of installed solar PV and e-mobility systems throughout the organization.
7. Act as a rapporteur in internal and external meetings as assigned by the supervisor.
8. Contribute to the unit's documentation to facilitate continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and templates.
9. Aid the project manager in remotely managing the installation of renewable energy solutions (solar hybrid systems and e-mobility) in various locations worldwide.
