Opportunity Overview
UNDP is the development branch of the United Nations, working on issues such as poverty, climate change, good governance, renewable energy, crisis prevention, and women’s empowerment in 170 countries. They recognize the power of digital technology and have been on a transformation journey since the launch of their first Digital Strategy in 2019. They are now implementing the Digital Strategy 2022-2025 to create a world in which digital is an empowering force for people and the planet. The Chief Digital Officer is leading the effort to embed digital technology in development projects, support government partners to build inclusive digital ecosystems, and transform the organization internally to enable these changes.

Benefits
For remote internships, the monthly stipend will be based on a standard global rate that applies to all remote internships. However, for in-person internships, the stipend will be set based on the specific duty station. The stipend will be paid on a monthly basis and will be adjusted for part-time internship arrangements.
